June Perry Soda fired jar

Here's another of my pots. I'll post some of my work until I can get to the other computer or get my camera working on this computer.

The blue screen of death still waits for my son-in-law to either fix it or declare it's demise.

I'm a bit dragging this morning after a full day of gardening yesterday but I have to perk up soon because I have corn bread and shrimp gumbo to make for the weary travelers - daughter and husband, who'll be arriving this afternoon.

Other than watering seedlings, I'll probably stay out of the garden today. One new tomato sprouted this morning; but the rest of those seeds are sure taking their time!

Till later,

  1. here's my 3-Cheese Spaghetti Bake

    Three-Cheese Spaghetti Bake

    2 tsp. of Garlic Powder
    Salt& Pepper to taste
    1 jar of spaghetti sauce

    Cook Spaghetti according to directions; Drain;
    Add 1cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan, romano, eggs, oil, garlic powder, salt& pepper.

    Press into a greased 13in x 9in x 2in Baking dish. Top with sauce. Cover and bake at universal temp(350)Degrees for 20 min. Uncover;
    Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella. bake 10 min
    longer or until heated through or the cheese is melted.

    note: you can use Sargento 6 cheese Italian shredded cheese, ricotta cheese, Mrs.Dash Garlic seasoning and any type of meat you want.

    Enjoy :)

  2. This sounds like the same recipe I use; but I substitute ziti macaroni. It is good!
