Only mad dogs and English men go out in the noon day sun

After three years of pampering, this plumeria finally bloomed; and oh does it smell sooo sweet.

It's too hot to work outside other than some early morning weeding and watering; but I have been using the time watching Wimbledon matches to go through a pile of cooking and ceramic magazines and other snail mail that's been sitting here a while, taking care of correspondence and going through pages of emails that I've been too busy to read.

  1. that flower is a beauty!
    And the pie........
I am going to have to make one!

  2. Looks like Celedine... one of the best flowerers and great fragrance. It took my plumeria several years before they flowered routinely, so hang in there and in another 2-3 years it will likely become quite a bloomer. Good luck with it/them!
